Su Zhu and Kyle Davies, who ran the collapsed crypto hedge fund Three Arrows Capital, are among the founders of Open Exchange, which wants to let its customers trade bankruptcy claims on failed crypto companies, including Celsius, FTX and even Three Arrows itself.
