Mexican marines take over railroad line at dawn; company surprised by ‘unusual seizure’

Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador ordered the expropriation Friday of three stretches of railroad line totaling 75 miles near the oil port of Coatzacoalcos operated by a unit of mining and railroad company Grupo Mexico.
