"I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions,
[and] giving of thanks be made for all men...I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting" (I Tim. 2:1,8).

The Lord Jesus desires that His church should be a house of prayer.  For this reason, in addition to our congregational prayers on the Lord's Day, we devote our Wednesday night services entirely to praying together as families.  This midweek service is held in Pastor Jerry’s home and begins at 7 p.m.  We usually open with a brief five or ten minute devotional from the Word of God and then devote the remainder of the hour to prayer and the singing of God’s praises.  This service has proven to be a great source of encouragement to our flock as we praise our God, intercede for our sister churches and missionaries, and make supplication for our own needs as a church and as individuals.
